We Welcome New Members!

At Shiplake Tennis and Social Club we welcome new members!

If you are interested in joining the club or have a general membership related enquiry then please contact the Membership Secretary, Andy Stallwood on membership@shiplaketennisclub.co.uk. Please ensure that you include your address, phone number and e-mail address and for junior enquires, a date of birth. If a space is available, we will send you a new members form to complete, after that – you can pay for your membership using via our website.

New Members Fees

New Adult Membership for Shiplake Tennis Club includes a sign-up fee of £60. New Junior members do not pay a sign-up fee.

What is the membership period?

The membership period is now a calendar year beginning 1st January and ending on 1st January the following year.

How can I find out if I am a Current Member?

If you have forgotten if you have paid your membership subscription for this year, please contact the membership secretary.

How do I become a member?

Providing a place becomes available, becoming a member is easy! Firstly register your details on our New Member waiting list and we shall contact you as soon as a space becomes available. Please contact the membership secretary.

Why should I become a member?

Shiplake Tennis Club provides social play, club championships and enters 3 ladies and 2 mens teams into more serious adult leagues.  There is a thriving junior development programme that incorporates friendly and competitive play.

Shiplake is LTA affiliated and actively encourages its members to become British Tennis members.

Shiplake enjoys both a full calendar of tennis events and a number of social events throughout the year

Who is eligible for membership?

Shiplake Tennis & Social Club is a thriving private membership club for the people living in the villages of Shiplake, Binfield Heath, Harpsden and Eye and Dunsden in Oxfordshire.
